Excellent jazz musicians, holders of international awards will introduce their project „The Fifth Season“. Michal Vanoucek has been performing in AsGuests since 1997 as composer and pianist. Paul Towdrow, winner of international scholarship in 1999, graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston. He is leader of The Paul Towndrow Quartet a Paul Towndrow Sextet and member of Scottish National Jazz Orchestra; he also performed with The Royal Scottish National Orchestra. Miro Herak studied drums and continues his studies in jazz vibraphone in Haag. In 2005, he was awarded the Eddy Sanchez prize for talented musicians. In 2008 he represented Netherlands in international big band „European Colors Jazz Orchestra“in Italy. In 2005, Brice Soniano graduated from Haag Conservatory in classic and jazz department. He is member of the „Rawfishboys“duo together with clarinetist Joachim Badenhorst and member of „Par4cheminis“ trio led by excellent Dutch pianist Harmen Fraanje. Marian Sevcik graduated from Conservatory in Bratislava. He performed with ensembles such as J. Bartos Hot House, L. Sramek Five Reasons, M.Suchomel Quartet,Tariska-Carniaux Sax Summit, M.Jakabcic Big Band, P.Wlosok-H.Sokal Quintet. He was awarded the Ladislav Martonik prize in 2008.
